Vectaro
Plan raids, manage DKP,
keep your guild running.
Vectaro brings leveling, raid/LFG planning for 15 games, an automatic DKP system, moderation and a complete web portal into a single Discord bot – no setup marathon required.
Raid planner with matching roles for
One bot, fifteen core areas
From the first message to the fully evaluated raid – Vectaro covers the entire guild routine.
Raid & LFG Planner
Create raids for 15 games, sign up with one click, automatic team voice channels and buff preview – whether via Discord or in the browser.
DKP & Attendance
Punctuality DKP is awarded automatically based on the voice channel when a raid is completed, kill DKP live during the raid – all traceable in the history.
Leveling & Economy
XP for chat & voice, its own server currency, daily bonus, shop and leaderboard including a rendered rank card.
Moderation & Auto-Mod
Warn/mute/kick/ban with a complete case log, a filterable mod log with key figures and a passive log for deleted messages & ghost pings. Auto-mod detects scam and invite links, word filter hits, mass mentions, emoji spam and caps lock – with escalation up to a ban, every step adjustable.
Ticket System
One click opens a private channel for your officer team – with categories like DKP or applications, so the right people are in right away.
Bot Games
Blackjack, video poker, roulette, slots, coinflip, trivia and a millionaire-style quiz against the bot – chess, Connect Four and Battleship also 1-on-1 against other members, some directly in the browser. Plus group games like Heist and Scattergories.
Streams & News
Live detection for Twitch, YouTube and TikTok, plus as many custom RSS feeds as you like in the channel of your choice.
Achievements & Trading Cards
32 achievements covering level, activity, economy and raids, plus a trading card system with its own secondary currency for dedicated members.
Web Portal for Your Team
Your next raids with quick replies (coming, tentative, can't make it), characters, DKP, raid history and achievements in the browser – log in with a Discord code, no extra password.
Setup Wizard
Pick a server type, let the bot create channels, enable games – only the modules you need stay on. “What's still missing?” then also checks the bot's permissions and roles. New guild? “Found a guild” sets up roles, role picking and applications, and the public guild finder brings in new members.
Guild Meetups & Events
Not just raids: plan guild meetups or Discord get-togethers with unlimited participants in the same calendar, including reminders.
Polls
Quick decisions with a button click, live results as a bar chart, multiple choice and automatic closing after a set time.
Betting office & lottery
Raid leads set up bets (“How many die on trash?”), everyone tips, the pot goes to the best – plus a weekly lottery with a growing jackpot.
Warcraft Logs
An automatic summary after every raid: kills, wipes, deaths, top damage and parses – bets resolve themselves from the logs.
Recap, birthdays & milestones
Every Monday a recap with raids, most active members and the betting king – plus wishes and a gift on birthdays and guild anniversaries, and a celebration with a giveaway at 100, 500, 1000 members.
And that's far from everything
A selection of the smaller building blocks that save just as much work day to day.
Your own voice channel via join-to-create, automatically named after the game being played.
Up to 20 feeds per server (RSS, Atom or simply r/subreddit), each with its own target channel.
Personal feed for Google, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
If someone is missing from voice right before a raid starts, the bench automatically steps in.
Every slash command can be restricted to specific roles.
Welcome card with avatar, auto-role and a rules-accepted button.
Your own bot name and avatar from the yearly Pro plan – with a guide and an encrypted token.
Own settings, realm/region and roles per Discord server.
Two-factor requirement can be enforced for all admins, including DM recovery.
Who needs what from which boss – sorted by DKP, awarded with one command.
For members and server owners, to print and pin (German).
Pick a server type or switch areas off one by one – commands also disappear from /hilfe.
Shows missing bot permissions and roles that are too high, adds permissions in one click – never Administrator.
Enter your vacation – raid sign-ups in that period are cancelled automatically.
Post info or promo texts automatically, hourly up to every 30 days – without pings.
A casual question from your own list every day, with a thread for the answers.
Small member profiles to get to know each other and a history book of your guild’s milestones.
No more alt-tabbing to Discord.
Every member gets access to their own portal: manage characters, view and sign up for raids, check DKP balance, track achievements. Admins configure channels, roles and game versions comfortably via a form instead of a command list.
